4. Place Your Order and Arrange Payment
We send a written proposal with your model, options, and price. Sign it and place your deposit to reserve your build slot; the rest follows the schedule on the proposal.
Most buyers pay cash. We do not finance in-house, but we can point you toward lenders who do.

5. Build Begins
Once your order is placed, your Sweet-Haus is built in a controlled environment with regular communication and progress updates.

6. Delivery, Setup & Move-In
We help coordinate delivery and setup so your home arrives safely and is ready for the next step on your property.
