Your Sweet-Haus may be placed anywhere RVs or park models are allowed, depending on local zoning, community rules, utilities, and intended use.
No, you cannot pull a building permit on an RV and almost all Tiny Homes are built on an RV Platform. However, there are some forward thinking counties adopting RVIA as their permitting process for Tiny Homes. You can pull a building permit on our future HUD-Homestead series of tiny homes and treat them as real property.
Depending on our backlog approximately 2-3 months from the time you place an order. We have two facilities at our Chesnee location so we can speed up without sacrificing quality. We also have in stock inventory ready for immediate purchase.
You can schedule an appointment to visit our plant or conveniently place an order online—either way, we ensure a hassle-free process. Our payment structure involves a 5% down payment, followed by 45% due one month before the build date, with the remaining balance settled upon completion. Throughout the construction, we maintain regular communication and send you progress photos regularly. Additionally, we compile a file link containing process pictures that we share with you upon project completion.
Sweet-Haus does not offer in-house financing. *Please note that tiny homes are considered RVs, so we recommend exploring RV financing, personal loans, signature loans, or HELOC options. Our primary financing partner is 21st Mortgage. To apply, visit their website and complete the application for approval. You’ll need to provide our retail number: 3516-1. Once your application is approved, we can proceed with your purchase. Financing terms typically include up to a 25-year amortization.
Yes, we make all arrangements for the safe, professional transport and installation of your Sweet-Haus to your property. Contact us to check your shipping cost. Set-up consists of Block, Level and Tie-Down. *We also offer a Skirting package and concierge service to bring your cabin to life - contact us for details.

Yes, we have working relationships with developers who have lots for sale from time to time. Also, we are currently developing a Sweet-Haus tiny home community so please check back in for more details coming soon.
Yes, we typically have stock units available for immediate sale. These can be delivered withing 2-3 weeks from placing your order (depending on weather and readiness of your site). Stock Units require full payment prior to delivery and are fully insured until it reaches your site. See our stock here: Inventory
Sweet-Haus does work with developers, investors, retail locations, etc. Just reach out and we'll explain our process.
