History of Sweet-Haus
Founded in 2021, Sweet-Haus (pronounced “Sweet House”) emerged in response to a clear gap in the tiny home and affordable housing market.
Recognizing the growing demand for sustainable, minimalist living, the founders set out to challenge industry norms. Early market research and firsthand experience revealed widespread deficiencies in quality, innovation, production standards, and customer service—and Sweet-Haus saw an opportunity to do better.
In response, Sweet-Haus assembled a team of industry experts with more than 25 years of manufacturing experience. United by a shared vision, the team committed to delivering superior craftsmanship, operating with integrity, and creating an unmatched customer experience. From the beginning, Sweet-Haus made a unique promise: to stand behind its products well beyond standard warranty terms, and to lead with humility, service, and respect in every community it touches.
With a forward-thinking mindset, Sweet-Haus streamlined its production process to build some of the highest-quality cabins on the market. Traditionally just under 400 square feet, these homes are expertly crafted for efficient transport and setup on trailers or mobile platforms. The Company is proud to offer a variety of designed luxury homes that cater to different customer tastes, including several RVIA-certified models and a select number of models that are modular-certified for the North and South Carolina markets.
The company is also excited to announce that Trout Stream Cabins in Mill Creek has been fully developed and is now accepting reservations, marking an important milestone in Sweet-Haus’s growing community-focused initiatives.
Beyond individual homes, Sweet-Haus continues to expand its footprint through thoughtfully planned developments.
