Trout Stream Cabins at Mill Creek
Trout Stream Cabins is a thoughtfully designed tiny home community nestled along a bold, flowing mountain stream. With just seven private lots, each facing the water, the community offers a rare blend of simplicity, serenity, and connection to nature. The setting is intentionally low-key and outdoor-focused, where the sound of moving water, mature trees, and open skies create a peaceful retreat from everyday noise.
Designed for those who value a slower pace and an authentic outdoor lifestyle, Trout Stream Cabins encourages time spent outside—morning coffee by the stream, evenings under the stars, and easy access to nature year-round. It’s a place where modern tiny living meets a natural, streamside environment, offering comfort without excess and a true sense of place.
Community & Lot Details
Lot rent is $800 per month, which includes water, sewer, and general landscape maintenance. An additional $400 monthly rent addendum applies for short-term rental use, supporting responsible operation and community upkeep.
There are seven thoughtfully positioned lots available, each with on-site power access. Homeowners will establish and maintain their own electric service.
In keeping with Sweet-Haus’s commitment to Crafting Cozy homes that belong where they’re placed, each cabin is intentionally selected and sited to complement both the surrounding environment and the character of the community.
Available Now: The Sweet-Haus cabin on Lot #1 is currently available for purchase. This home is fully set up with skirting and decks, move-in ready, and thoughtfully finished for immediate enjoyment. Offered at $167,500.
