Modular & HUD Options — More Freedom, Fewer Zoning Headaches

We’re also excited to share that any of our cabin models can now be built on a Modular platform in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as on a HUD platform in nearly every state across the U.S.

This is a game-changer for customers who have previously faced zoning challenges with tiny homes. Our HUD and Modular options provide a simple “box to check” that helps many buyers move forward with confidence, approvals, and peace of mind.
