New Models Coming Soon!

Sweet-Haus has successfully completed its first Mesa prototype and has already received orders for several new builds! This platform represents cutting-edge innovation, offering exceptional quality with a sleek, modern design.

Originally, the series was planned to include three models: the Mesa, Cascade, and Acadia. While the Acadia is currently in the final stages of prototyping, we’ve also started designing the Cascade model for our Old Fort project. Excitingly, the first build in this project will be a Cascade model, marking an important milestone for us.

Here’s an update on the Old Fort/Mill Creek and Lake Lure developments:

We anticipate starting to lease the Mill Creek lots around February 2025. This is a truly beautiful setting! 

Unfortunately, due to the impact of Hurricane Helene, the Lake Lure development has been placed on hold indefinitely.
